Hi friends is this phone is unlockable?

I-phone is 100% 3.1.3 with old boot but there is security code on it .
Its 3Gs
as everyone knows we can't upload 3.1.3 due to signature closed and if i will put 0S 4 so it will change to new boot and can't unlock.
please tell me what is the best way to remove the security code????
