well i am 46 yo allways worked hard never had much time off i was working one day and had to lift a heavy piece of equipment
was in a squat position when i felt terible pain in back
sat down and rested but pain didnt go it was in lower back
went home that night next morning driven into hospital
x rays and jabed me in lower back with needles stayed in bed for 3 days
went to hospital again now leg lhs lower back and neck pain BAD plus head aches more needles plus pills
description was degeneration of spine
as i was at work they said go home and see your own doctor own doctor sent for MRI plus x ray same diagnosis as before still in pain doc sujjested physio
been going now 3 months leg pain is gone but neck bad and lower back average
just stopped physio for two weeks as pain comming back sujjested have a rest
my question is will this problem go away or can i expect to have to live with it problem is cannot work more than 15 miniutes with out pain and head aches
