I'm a 13 year old boy. I need to consume 2,400 calories a day and my doctors will raise those calories to possibly 3,000 calories in time. But my dietitian told me that a calorie is a calorie. We could get all the calories we need in a day by ice-cream or donuts pizza cheese burgers and muffins and not gain a lbs if we don't go over our calorie intake that goes for all foods fat carb or sugar filled that is true. Although she didn't reccomend me doing so she wants me to eat healthy because she said even though I wouldn't gain weight from eating those things I would have heart problems and other problems with my body. But any way that is true then that you could fill up everyday on chocolate, donus, cookies, pizza, burgers, fries, ice-cream and not gain if you don't go over calorie intake?
