My pain is very bad to night had a bad fall to day not a good day how are you all I pray for you all every night, this is my 4th day off the smokes I smoked30 a day but realy need one now they are in my car but I an to soar to get them just had to vent cant even sleep this will be my 3th night and I promised my Son a day out tommorrow we are very close pain or no pain I am taking him to the cinema and McDonnells after love you all Ray:(
 
I am so sorry for your pain. I know what it is like not to be able to sleep through the night, because of it, and it seems like the following days are at their worse. I am hoping for better nights and days ahead of you. I will keep you in my prayers and will esspecially pray for your day with your son. I know how it is with not wanting to disapoint them as well as wanting to spend time with them.

Congrats on the smoking - that is one of the hardest things todo. I pray that thing continue to go wellfor you.
 
Ray - I'm so sorry about you pain and what you're going through. I admire your commitment to quiting smoking and spending time with you son even though you are in so much pain (I know it makes tasks we used to see as an easy part of life, so much more challenging.)

As a mother of three children, I completely relate to what you're feeling. You don't want to disappoint your son.

You will be in my prayers for your continued efforts stopping smoking and for relief from the pain you're in and I hope you enjoyed a wonderful day with your son. :angel:
