Hi all, I've been having extreme trouble finding suits for my regular height

but really skinny self.? I'm 31" in bust, 26" in waist, 31.25" in hips and my inseam is 32". I'm 24 years old, 5' 3.5", and haven't been able to find any career suits. Even stores such as Banana Republic have clothing that is too large. Their smallest pant size is for 34" hips. Similar problem with blazers and jackets. I've also checked numerous juniors sizes in stores, and those are too big as well. I found one suit that was my size width-wise, but way too short. Does anyone know of a brand or store that would have business attire in my size?
