America conusmes 25% of oil. It pays only around $1 a litre. 40% of its oil come form Saudi Arabia. There anual income per person is around $6000. It used to be above $20000 10 years ago. This is incredible considering the wealth and standard of living they should have. Do they not deserve the standard of living that America enjoys since they are providing the enegy for this? Why is American government not taxing or curbing oil consumsion? They consume the most yet even third world countries are more proactive about energy consumsion control. America you dont have a given right to consume this amount of enery you are less than 1 in 20 people yet you consume a quater of the energy to satisfy a way over the top life style. Still 9% of vechicles purchased are SUV,s and pickups although down from 11% Saudi Arabis oil will not last much longer and there people may want a share of the energy. What will happen when push comes to shove will milatry be the only option left?tip of the ice berge
this is no learning curve and i have learned nothing new its all fact do you deserve what you have while considering the fact people from the country you get your energy from have a lower standard of living than you. I would say you are only going to learn when you really have to pay the ral price for your energy consumsion
