Hey you Twilight peeps, I liked James UNTIL...?

I liked James, had such high hopes for him once and for all shutting Bella up. But once we get to the final chapter he never shuts up. And then, even though his idea was kind of cool he has to explain it all just in case you were too moronic to pick up on it. The scene where James is killed is taken out, and replaced with Bella blacking out. Jacob Black never comes up again and I just felt the whole book was very anticlimactic. Though I still think James had the most potential out of all of them for being cool, or possibly Laurent since he kind of did his own thing. He let me down. I just felt cheated out of however many days I spent reading that, and by the way, the epilogue prom scene does nothing to make up for it. And if Meyer expects me to read "book 2" to get to the point of Jake and all that, don't bet on it. One book is quite enough, thanks.

I wish James was smarter, talked less and ate fast.
I figured I wouldn't get a lot of support on liking James. I tend to get along better with the bad guys for some reason...
