restaurant/lounges in NYC? It has to be for under 21 since some of my friends are still 20.

All these places should allow everyone in since they are also restaurants....but you might want to check to be sure.
 
Sofrito If you want to go to a Spanish Place. Even if you dont know how to dance Spanish music Just get up and Dance have a great time. Plus the food is one the best in the City.
 
ive never been there but you could go to a mexican resturaunt or just any regular place where you can chill and hang out. that would be fun.
 
Village Lantern (it's close to West 4th)....... great music and it's cozy and everyone seems to mingle with each other.
