Hey, I'm getting a new phone, what should I get, Nokia C3?

I want something that's not too expensive
I had a touch screen phone, it broke
and I want to try a qwerty one now.

I've been looking at the Nokia C3, what's your opinion on it?
what else is a good phone? qwerty and or touch screen is fine.
Is Samsung's qwerty/ touch screen phones better? The corby or something
Or a blackberry?

please help!
