Hey i just got sims for my blackberry and whenever i try to cook it says

that my sim doesn't know any recipes? I really wanna know how to teach my sim a recipe but have no idea where to find one or how to teach them to find one. Ive tried making them read alot and still nothing. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
