can i do without spending money? i want to make my 95 toyota tercel exhaust louder without spending money is there another way i can do it can i drill a hole in a certain spot.i dont want to mess up my car thats why i need a second or third thought i will appriciate the help if you can
 
You could punch a hole or two before the muffler. Only downside is the exhaust fumes will come up through the car and CO2 will get inside.
