hey i have a 1984 chevy s10 2.8L?

hey i accidently took the rpms up to 7 grand YIKES nothing happened i don't think but the redline is somewhere around 5500 and i rarely take it over 5 grand, is it super bad i took it that high that one time? truely accidental and it doesn't seem like a spun a bearing or anything
