I am 35 years old male had Facial palsy yesterday, I instantly started prednisolone 10 mg 1 by 4 and zovirax plus neurobine>. on examination i donot having any mouth deviation and never have any change in the face shape but only the lower lip appeared to be deviated when open my mouth and eating liquids is difficult my question is what should i expect from this disease and what is the best physiotherapy and when to start ??
