Hey all.
I've been away abroad for quite some time now but I'm back!

I left right before OS5.4 got released(a long time ago eh!) so I'm sorry for my "back in newbieness" :p

Main question. Can I upgrade my T3 to a OS5.4 soft?

Welcome back. Regarding your question, unfortunately, there has not been any OS upgrades announced for any Palm OS 5 devices. However, several patches are posted from time to time.
 
The main point with 5.4 is to support the T5 internal flash and the file system paradigm. As far as I know. Possibly a few more changes at the API level (I could have a look at the SDK, but I don't think it's that much). So it doesn't really make much sense to install it on a T3, is my guess.
