Absolutely not! Haha it only cost money to send them unless you have the unlimited plan. Think about it they don't know if you took a picture or not but if you send one then they would know so take as many as you want 
and about the free music idk how to do that but I know you can put your music you have on your computer for free and if you get bottles of berry cherry vitamin waiter you can download songs for free by using the cap! And alsothe software limewire as well but it can cause a bug in the computer so think twice before getting it ..
