Hey, Could someone give me a very detailed explanation of how to jailbreak my iPod

Touch 4th gen (iOS 4.2.1)? It would be excellent if there was a video but if not could you give me step by step instructions? Also does anyone when iOS 4.3 is coming out and when it does will I need to re-jailbreak my iPod? Well thanks
