Hey guys im trying to become toned in three weeks and im wondering if its possible. At the moment im fractionly chubby, 17, weigh 62kg and im about 5'8-9 (just turned 17
).
At the moment i run about 4km in the mornings and the about 6km + in the evenings. I like running and recently, over the past couple of months, have become quite fit and lost a fair bit of fat because of it. However i still have a reasonably noticeable amount of fat on me. I do about 50 pushups every morning and night.
In the mornings i eat 1/2 cup of oatmeal with a teaspoon of sugar.
Snack i have and an apple, small yogurt and health bar.
Lunch i have a lean chicken sandwhich on wholemeal bread.
Snack i have 2 wheetbix with milk
Then small dinner.I drink about 2-3ltrs of water a day.
Just wondering if its possible for me to lose that excess fat and hopefuly look toned in three weeks by following this
