Herpes on my hands? (palm of my left hand to be exact)?

First it started as a small *very tiny* blister-like bump...then the next few days, there's more of them (like 8 clustered together but they are very light and not noticeable)! It itches a little bit but hurts when i touch or mess w/ it.

I'm scared its herpes and if so, how do I treat it? Thanks.....
