Hero os update

Hiya all, where is the update for HTC hero, been waiting months on end now and nothing, not a thing I thought the operating system would be updated by now, come in HTC give your customers what they pay for, has anyone heard anything? Thx

Not that I don't want you're phone to be upgraded (and I'm not sure when or if it will be) but you paid for the phone as is and I doubt there were any guarantees of future updates.
