hernia test scare? by doctors?

im scared about hernia checks where the guy bends down and feels ur testies and makes u cough? I meen its kinda freaky like what if u look away and he licks ur penis or something? spread diseases that right way? grief anybody else freaked out by those tests? a doctor wouldnt do this at a hospital right?

some please help calm my nerves
