hernia at coast guard boot camp?

worried i might have a hernia and i leave for coast guard boot camp very soon. if i get to cape may and they find that i do have a hernia, what do they do? Is it something that will get me a discharge from the coast guard or am i still able to continue with my training if it is not really bad?
