pop it open and take the blue screw out




the old hd and the new one i'm replacing it with (160GB)


screw it back in


put the cover back on


when you boot up, it'll ask to format the disk


restart, and then ya gold

seems like it'd be a better idea to get the lower model... then eventually upgrade the hd to a much larger one... if you're actually getting one to keep...
