Ok, here's the statement systematic argue.

A 6 year old boy was home alone taking care of his 3 year old brother while his mother was out buying groceries, as time passed the 6 year old put his 3 year old brother in the dryer and set the timer for 30 minutes which was around the time his mother comes home finding her 3 year old son in the dryer dead.

The 6 year old boy was filed for first degree murder and was sentenced for life in prison.


How could my discussion start out as ?

if i oppose i start out as "In my defense....."

but what if i want to state that my opinion is a true statement.

like how can i get the jury and the people to get on my side.
without lieing or false statements.
 
I want to tell you that the premise presented is impossible for the prosecution to get any kind of action taken against a six yer old.

This item would never see a courtroom for action against the boy, against the mother is a different story. A six year old has no concept of the inherent dangers of this behavior and therefore can not be charged let alone convicted. A murder sentence must have several criteria, the most basic being the intent to to great bodily injury or death. A child has no idea what death is and cannot be held responsible for hiis actions.
