You will be amazed how much rebreathing in a paper sack will help you. Give it a try, 5 minutes every hour for about 3 months and enjoy the relief you get. Keep using the sack off an on to remain stablized.

Rebreathing in a paper sack will calm the sympathetic nervous system.

When I first started with my psychologist, I was amased how "wrong" I'd been breathing. Maybe talk to someone about some breathing techniques? I found them very helpful when I used to get anxious about being unable to catch my breathe.
