Hemeroids - embaressing illness :-/?

I am a male in my early twenties and have suffered from hemeroids for months now and dispite trying a high fiber diet and going from anusol to scheriproct which is apparently stronger...i only noticed a mild change

Can anyone tell me what the strongest cream available is or if anyones had any luck using it

Appriciate the help :)
