HELPPPP! MY IPOD NANO WONT STOP FLASHING! D':?

okaay, i was putting music onto my ipod nano and i was gonna put pictures onto it to but then i saw tht all my songs were gonna go away so i unplugged my ipod reallyy fast and now my ipod wont show up on my computer and on itunes and it won't stop popping up the apple sign on my ipod :l someone pleaseeeeee help me! my parents will kill me if they find out!
