Helpppp im worried!? weird symptoms?

Ok, so lets start off first, two years ago I randomly got dizzy and it lasted for months, i slept a lot because it scared me, and then it disappeared. I talked to my mom some while later and she told me she had the same problem at my age. It eventually went away on its own, but lately, I have been feeling weird, I have been kind of dizzy off and on, and it feels sometimes like theres lots of pressure on my head/sinuses. My vision sucks and I have glasses for reading but lately its been kinda blurry and not so good. I had been having random headaches and the other night it felt like my head/sinuses were about to explode, I went and lied down on my back and something started dripping into my throat. I immediately felt a lot ofpressure subside and my head felt semi better. I now keep getting dizzy all the time but its ONLY if im sitting and it keeps going away and coming back. I also have felt a little scratchiness in my throat and a small cough type of feeling for a bit. What is going on? I need to go to the dr. but i really dont have the money. Also, my neck is a bit messed up from when i pinched a nerve in it really bad a while ago. Any ideas whatis going on@??!
