Ok... Well I am 24 years old, and as far as I know I'm in perfect health but about a month ago I was sitting on my couch and all of a sudden out of the blue I felt very short of breath, dizzy and started to experience pains in my arms and chest, it scared the living crap out of me. But after about 4 hours of talking on the phone trying to ignore it I fell asleep and awoke the next morning feeling fine. A couple hours later the same symptoms came back again and have been now for weeks and have gotten worse and better. Everything I have experienced is migraines, arm pain, chest pain, vertigo, shortness of breath and blurry vision. Sometimes its as simple as a migraine and other times its everything together and it happens everyday. Everyone keeps telling me that its anxiety or a panic attack and when I went to the doctor he told me the same thing and drew blood with no results. I know that scaring myself and thinking about it if it is anxiety is making it worse but I can't stop myself from thinking what if its not? I finally go to the doctor and they tell me if they had known something weeks ago they could have done something but its to late now. But even now as I type this I have had a pain in my right arm, my right hand and I have a migraine and have since I woke up about 4 hours ago. Is having anxiety attacks everyday normal and are these symptoms normal or should I have gone to the hospital weeks ago? I can't keep living like this thinking something is terribly wrong...

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well, you should google cognitive behavioural therapy relaxation techniques. These may help you get through your anxiety attacks.

If I knew it was anxiety then I would be doing that. But as of right now I have had the exact same pain in the same spot now for 9 hours. Thats not anxiety... or is it?
