Ok so three years ago this all started now I am scared it is getting worse. Everytime I went to the hospital they said it was anxiety I haven't gone back in a year here are my symptoms:
constant pressure in head
tender spots on head
twitching muscles
clicking sound in head

could this really be anxiety?

I know how you feel, trust me. I suffer from anxiety and panic disorder, and ocd. The pressure in the head it almost feels like your head is going to explode and almost like a tight band around the head is from the anxiety your just really tense i am actually feeling it right now. the twitching muscles i deal with too it's called tremor and it happens when your body is under stress, you have nothing to worry about just try and reduce your stress here is a list of things you could try.

epsom salt bath, you can find this at any store it's maybe $5 at most, put 2 cups in a warm bath along with bubbles or even pick up some stress relief bubble bath, relax for about an hour you will feel GREAT!!!

meditation- just lay down and put on some nice music, sounRAB of nature or whatever is relaxing and just concentrate on your breathing, it helps.

Vitamins for anxiety- B-complex, fish oil, magnesium malate, multivitamin.

hope this helps!

When you're anxious, you're muscles tense up. When your muscles tense up, they get fatigued, when they get fatigued they hurt and twitch.

Also, anxiety pretty much makes you feel like you have every disease under the sun. Try some relaxation. What helps me when I get issues with my head....if it was anything serious you wouldn't be able to feel it, there's no nerves inside your head :)
