help!!

HI im new here not sure if anyone can anwser me or have expirenced the same thing but in 21 yrs old femle been taking serequel 200mg and lamictal 150mg for bipolar taking these for about 5 yrs now dont know if that has anything to do with my question but might help. I have been having probems like being exstremy tired and my vision is static like a tv screen that not coming in but my static is clear and i can see everything like normal but this static is on top of everything and gets worse when its dark this is really scary. also i get very light headed or dizzy easy and the dr said i had vertigo but the vision thing they said nothing about now its getting worsr.i have resently had a bag sinus infection too. if anybody can give me advice that would help but i dont know if this is what this site is for or not thanks again.!

Go to a new doctor, you are obviously sensitive to side effects of one of the drugs, or both. Also if you drink stop drinking, I take pills in the same family as lamictal for another condition and alcohol intensifies the side effects. Stay on those pills though, if you go off them you'll start having seizures and you'll loose the functionality those pills provide you with. That's a low dose of lamictal to get that side effect, so I'm guessing its the seroquel causing the problem, suggest they ease you off the seroquel, ramp up your lamictal and give you a very mild anti-depressant for situational depression, then you should be good to go, and the blurry vision will probably stop. Chances are your doc get's kick backs from prescribing those pills, find an older doc and he'll put you on what you need, not what makes him the most money.

yeah i had a feeling it had somthing to do with the serequel iv heard alot of bad thing thanks for your input ill let you know how it goes with the dr!:wave:
