Ok... I dont know if this is where this post should be going, but im starting to get a little worried.

Ive been sick for about 2 and half weeks only seeking a doctor 4 days ago thinking it was so bad. Obviously antibiotics were prescribed, and ultimately I think I am starting to feel a tiny bit better, EXCEPT--- This ridiculous post nasal drip, now normally I wouldnt be concerned about PND, but at night there is a large amount of blood in it! I let the doctor know there was some before which was the cause of me going to the doctor in the first place. Since this time, I mean there have been positive effects, the fever I had broke, Im not as lethargic as I was, but at night this PND is a)really annoying, and b) kind of scary.

Background I went to the doctor for what I and he assumed was sinus related.

I was thinking maybe it was due to dry heat as my apartment has baseboard heating, so ive had the humidifier going regularly, I had before this started using a saline nasal solution.

Can anyone give me any ideas or insight, it really only seems to be at night.

Thanks:confused::(

It is probably from the dry air in your apt. First off, I would take a good antihistamine to dry up that PND so that you can get a good night sleep with out that nasty stuff. Run the humidifier night and day to help get some humidty in your room. See if that doesn't help some. When you blow your nose, do so gently so you don't break those tender blood vessels.
