I don't know if anyone can help me with this because I don't have a lot of information. A guy was supposed to be selling a 1974 Suzuki TM 250, and I would up picking up some kind of Yamaha 250 - the thing is yellow. The engine number on it is 2K700 and says 246cc too. I stored it because it's dark and won't be able to see anything else on it until tomorrow. I didn't think Yamaha made yellow bikes. (tank/fenders), etc. The cylinder head is a "FAN" top type head as well, which doesn't seem to comport with pictures of bikes of that time. The tank is plastic not metal. It's a complete bike though...can anyone give me any general idea what the hell I just bought?
