my son has add,school have faailed despite my asking to provide a IEP,,and have just told him off constantly,rather than help,,,,he also has had many injurys,yet im not informed,,when i have asked to see the head teacher she pomises to get back t me,,but doesnt,,,despite my working there,i have since moved my son,,,but need help in wording a letter of complaint,,,please help...
