It's my fiance's birthday coming up and I thought I'd write a poem for him. He loves poetry although I've never been all the into it. He teaches Literature (specializing in poetry) in VCE at a high school, so his standards are pretty high.
I wanted to write a poem, then I remembered I have no poetic talent.
I don't want to write about our love, but love in general.
