Help! Writing a fictional essay and need help with medical terms?

In the story, the patient gets wheeled into the emergency room after jumping off a building (attempted suicide) and I want to put in the dialogue between the doctors and nurses when they are trying to save the patient. Also, the patient is a junkie and has to die despite the doctors' efforts in the ER.
