Help with writing a program C#?

I need to write a program that allows me to enter in a welcome and goodbye message, then give me the option of greeting one, two or no people at all.
if anyone is greeted i need to create a display object so that when greeted they are greeted by name.
if no one else is greeted it should display tyhe bye message, and a thank you

can anyone help me get this started?
