Hi, I have got to reconnect 2 wires together. The first wire is split into a blue and brown wire (obviously). But I have been confused by the second wire as it is split into a copper coloured wire and a silver wire. Which colour wire do I have to connect the blue and brown wire to? Do I have to connect blue wire to the silver, or the blue to copper colour?
I am wiring outdoor xmas lights. The wire needed to be extended so I have bought extra wire to attach it to.
The outdoor xmas lights have the silver and copper coloured wires.
The outdoor extension have the blue and brown wires.
