help with w600

last week i was puting mp3s on the phone from my computer with the data cable. when i was done i unpluged it and then the screen when't white and now i have not a thing at all. is there a way i can reboot the phone myself with out having to send it to sony?
 
Eh! i had the same problem how do you update the firmware just so i know but i already sent it in to sony because it was still under warrenty
 
okay now i want to know how to update the firmware because mines still white and they said theres nothing wrong with it
