Hi, I have an interview with Vodafone in a call centre, passed the telephone role play now the 2nd interview in person. It just states that you need to know a bit about them ( I can research that) and that the questions will be based on situations from past experiences. Just wondering if anyone who worked/ works there know what they will ask and what the format will be.
