So i won a phone on eBay and now i'm just waiting to get the money to pay for it. The person i am buying from said that i have seven days to wait to pay for the item. then they said on the eighth day an "unpaid item dispute" will be opened and then i have 7 days after that to pay for the item. What does this mean? Can i still pay for the item and receive it even during the opened "unpaid item dispute"? Thank you!!!!
