Help with understanding consent law's?

if your talking about an 18 year old and a minor, you have to have consent of the 16 year old. anyone both under 18 can do whatever they want. you do not need parental consent.. just the minors. any 18 year old with a minor under 16 is illegal. even with consent.
 
I live in michigan and the age of Consent is 16 So does that mean that they need to have parental permission before they have sex or is it a consensual agreement between you and the actor? and if so what would be consent by the parents and what is the age limit
 
The age of consent in Michigan is 16, unless one is an authority figure in which case the age of consent is 18.



There is no parental authorization.
