help with u420

Does anybody know how to load a prl into this phone samsung U420 by Alltel. I could sware i did it before but i got this one and qpst will see the phone but will not load the prl into it. I also have a verizon pre paid A870 thats doing the same thing.

There's probably about 5+ different programs capable of loading the PRL onto that phone.

I went to my other laptop and it worked fine, i guess there is some sort of driver or com port issue. Oh well.
