Help with trying to find artist and song name of this rap!?!?

soo my friends has been trying to find this song and asked me if i knew it, unfortunately he doesnt know much. He basically asked me if i knew of a rap song thats new that has a crazy electronic type beat and that he remembers them talking about a yellow hat and a yellow car.
He doesnt know any of the lyrics.

we know its not gucci mane - lemonade
wiz kalifa - black and yellow etc.
