HELP WITH TIRES ? ON LOWERED 2005 ACURA TSX?

I've had falkens, and while the grip was good, they didn't last long. Sumitumo's are decent, but not really the caliber an Acura deserves. I like Nittos a lot. a good buddy is a big-time tire salesman and his vehicles run Nittos
 
HELP WITH TIRES ? ON LOWERED 2005 ACURA TSX?
Hello , was wondering if I could get some opinions on some tires with someone with experience on either type ?
I will be running 224 40 18 tires , and I am considering the following

SUMITOMO HTRZ III
NITTO NEO GEN
FALKEN 912

Ps. I am not an aggressive Driver and I am lowered on TIEN S TECHS

I would like something with less road noise ? any suggestions will help
