Help with the Sony Ericsson W350

I just bought my Sony Eicsson W350 a day ago, and today I tried to put music on it. Well it did not work out as well as I had planned. My computer cannot find drivers for my phone, and I cant find any online. The Sony Ericsson PC suite will NOT detect the phone, and Media manager will NOT install because, when I try to install the Microsoft wmf 11 Redist MTP support it fails, I recieve a error message saying, "Requirements not met, Press Ok to Exit Install." I tried calling Sony Ericsson support and they said to turn off my firewall and re-install the suite, but that did not work. I did not call them back, because it's too late.
 
To fix the problem you need to download "windows media player 11" from microsoft. then the sony downloads will work.
