my parents recently bought the samsung intensity, and we have yet to figure out how to zoom in on pictures. You go to media center->pictures->my pictures->view picture->options->zoom/rotate. and it stops there, the rotate works fine, but no one could figure out how to zoom in&out. i pressed every button you could and nothing worked. any advice or tips before i drive out to a verizon store?
