Help with the ovi store on nokia e71x?

Please help me with a problem I am having. I download and install the nokia ovi store on my nokia e71x and install it. But when I go to look for it, it is not there. Please help. I've tried so many times before but nothing. If I don't get an answer soon I'll just give up. I am on a AT&T plan if that helps at all.
