Hey, a couple of months ago i sent my dell laptop away to get fixed. Before it broke and i had to send it away, i had a bluetooth setting on my computer in which i could click into it and switch my bluetooth from on to off and choose if i wanted to send a file to my computer from my phone or send a file from my computer to my phone. After the computer came back fixed, the bluetooth setting was gone from my computer, as in, i couldnt even click into bluetooth because there is nothing for me to click into, like it was never even on my computer. On my keyboard i can see the bluetooth sign and it is lighted which means it is on. But when i try to send a picture or a song from phone to my computer, my phone detects the computer and when i select my computer to connect it says unable to connect.
i really need help with this! how do i get it back onto my computer because obviously its still on but its just not working!
