help with t-mobile phones?!?!?

Okay so i got a new phone with t-mobile in november 2008 and extended my contract for two years.. it broke two monthes later. (do not even think about t-mobile, it sorta sucks.) they never gave me a replacement. so i had to buy a new phone off of craigslist. I got the phone in January 2009. it has been fine till now. there are some major problems with it. there is a spring that came out & every once in a ahwile it will freeze. & randomly turn off. so to my question. i want to to switch to verizon. Am i allowed to? i have a two year contract? helllpp? or anything i can do bc i wanna switch to at&t or verizon as soooon as possible.

you can terminate your contract but that will cost around 250 dollars, its best to wait until your contract is up. In the future, always get extended warranty on the phone or insurance that way you just have to pay a deductible when something happens. Tmobile actually has one of the best ones, it's only 6.99 a month and it covers your phone from theft,loss and/or damamge.
 
You can cancel your contract whenever you want but it will cost you. Cell phone company's charge a disconnection fee which is normally around 150 dollars per phone. You would have to call their customer service line and ask them how much it cost you. But you can absolutely do it any time you want.
 
You can get a FREE GOOD phone from T-mobile because you are most likely available for an upgrade. Go onto the T-mobile website, sign in, and press upgrade and it will take you through the process. If you have any problems, call T-mobile up and tell them. They will assist you.
 
you could cancel your contract but youd have to pay the total rental fees you wouldve paid until your contract is supposed to be over,

so if ur line rental was 20 quid a month, you probably have to pay 140pounds

the best thing for u to do would be ring up t-mobile and ask for options
im with orange on a 18 month contract and i can upgrade to a new phone after 12 months

usually phones kinda break after about a year....
