Can someone please give me step-by-step instructions on how to switch from the LG enV3 back to the LG enV2 (It's giving me too many problems and I miss my old phone) without going to the store. I can either call or do it online, I just need to know how.
When I tried (3 times) to do it over the phone, and each time since I am not the account holder, I don't know the last 4 digits of her ss number and it would not let me. I was then told I was going to have my call redirected to a real person (!!) but right as it was about to connect, it said i was dialing a number out of my calling area and ended the call.
When I tried over the internet, I put in the number under the battery the site told me to and nothing happened. I'm getting really frustrated because my current phone is going crazy and turning off all the time.
I am NOT the account holder, it is a friend of my dads and I have no way of contacting her.
I do NOT pay the bill nor do I have access to the bill to get any unknown information.
I know it's possible to do this without going into the stor and being charged whatever because my friends reactivate old phones all the time when their parents take theirs away.
